I am a Certified Health Coach, an opera singer and the founder of A Healthy Edge. I am also the Holistic Health Coach for Hart Yoga in Frisco, Texas as well as an Independent Executive for Zrii Ayurvedic supplements. As a Holistic Health Practitioner I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and accredited through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
I hold a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of North Texas, a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and I am a graduate of the Ryan Opera Center at Lyric Opera of Chicago. My career as an opera singer takes me all around the world offering me experiences that enhance who I am as an artist and a person, allowing me to connect with my clients on a deeper level.
As an artist and a Health Coach I desire to be an inspiration and a guiding light to my clients as they discover their own limitless possibilities. I am committed to helping busy professionals and artists thrive in the environment of their fast-paced lives.
Over the past 10 years I have overcome many of the stresses, obstacles to health and lifestyle imbalances that come with being a busy traveling performer. Obsessive dieting and compulsive eating have plagued me since adolescence. My desire for greater understanding of nutrition and healthy weight management led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Attending the Institute was a transformational experience for me as I learned how to nourish and even heal my mind, body and spirit through a holistic approach.
As a Holistic Health Coach I believe in an integrative inside-out approach to health that results in positive long- lasting lifestyle changes. Step by step I educate my clients and give them the tools necessary to reach their goals and heal themselves. I draw on my love of music, running, yoga and meditation to inspire and encourage my clients towards greater health.
