Clayton Robinson

Clayton is a DFW Health CoachMy name is Clayton Robinson. I grew up in Athens, Texas and somehow survived on the worst diet ever! I spent so many years feeling sluggish and battled many different illnesses since I was 12 years old. It wasn’t until I was 35 that I was finally diagnosed with Lyme Disease. I under went alternative treatment and got much better but after the birth of my daughter, I crashed again. Not only did I crash, but I saw the aging process begin for the first time in my life. I spent 2.5 years sick with Lyme, Mono, Adrenal Fatigue, hormone issues and a rare parasite. All of the herbs in the world would not have made the difference until I cleaned up my diet. Just by making some easy and much needed changes, I was able to reclaim my life. I feel in love with feeling good again and have made this my life’s work.

I am a troubleshooter and I love finding the right resources for people. I have been able to help most of my clients in just three sessions by reducing their cravings, finding hidden allergens in their diet and (gasp!) they began craving vegetables almost immediately. I am currently working with multiple doctors in Dallas and am collaborating workshops with different practitioners on subjects like: Reducing cravings, emotional eating, reducing stress during the holidays and many more.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 and was awarded the Health Leadership Award for my class. I work as a Certified Health Coach and am passionate about helping others by finding creative solutions to the problems that even doctors are unable to find. I look forward to working with the people who have hit the “dead end” with their doctors and are open to a more holistic approach to health.

I offer pantry makeovers, store tours, individual and group sessions as well as private or corporate workshops.
