“Food is our most intimate interaction with our environment and each other” ~Unknown
Atali Carr was raised as natural-born foodie by her French Mother, Israeli Father, and Eastern Indian Step-Father. Whole-food based eating for both nutrition and pleasure has been one of the bedrocks of her multicultural upbringing. As a teenager, she worked in several commercial kitchens along side her Father, a classically French-trained Chef and Owner of many popular hotels and restaurants in Dallas, TX.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management at The University of North Texas, then studied Holistic Pathophysiology and Holistic Nutrition at the American College of Healthcare Sciences. She then went on to complete her Holistic Health Coach certification from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition based in New York.
Atali battled several immune and stress-related illnesses in her twenties, which empowered her to research and implement many Eastern and Western holistic healing modalities including Yoga, Meditation, Acupuncture, Ayurveda, and Neuro-linguistic Programming. She also attended, graduated, and subsequently volunteered as a Core Program Training Assistant for Pathways Organization, the successor to self- empowerment trainings created by Dr. Phil McGraw in 1985. As a Training Assistant, Atali worked with hundreds of teenagers and adults to help them overcome personal trauma, identify their core desires and implement positive changes for the life they always dreamed of.
“Any circumstance can be overcome; all wounds can be healed; and no two people’s paths are the same”. ~Pathways.org
As a self-proclaimed “research nerd”, Atali continually studies dietary theories, holistic self-care techniques, healthy aging, disease management, emotional and mental evolution, proper dietary supplementation, and mind-body aspects involving food issues and weight management.
Professionally, Atali has worked in the Natural Health Industry for over 10 years. She spent 5 years traveling throughout North America as a Natural Educator, Keynote Lecturer, and Territory Manager for several leading companies including Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, MyChelle Dermaceuticals, Amazing Grass, Kio Bio Homeopathics, Flora Health USA, Navitas Naturals and Vega. She has trained hundreds of Natural Health Retailers including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Vitamin Shoppe, and many independent Natural Retailers. Atali has extensive knowledge in several dietary supplement fields including Herbalism, Ayurveda, Athletic Nutrition, and Homeopathic remedies. Currently, she develops and hosts online Webinar Trainings for Nutraceutical Corporation while formulating Natural Spa-Grade skin care for Skin By Ann Webb.
Based on her extensive research, education, and personal experience, Atali developed ‘The Vibrant Method’ to reach her personal health goals of self-healing, healthy aging, and weight management. She reached her healthy goal weight of 130 pounds after shedding 25 unhealthy pounds in 6 months and transformed her body into a lean, vibrant, healthy physique.
She credits her daily yoga practice and Buddhist-based spirituality for keeping her soul full of love and compassion in order to serve and help others heal and reach their personal lifestyle goals. When not working, researching, writing, or self-improving, Atali loves to spend her time traveling the world, developing delicious recipes, cooking for friends and family, exploring all that life offers, and taking care of her 5 dogs who masquerade as little human beings covered in fur.
